Connected Health Care, a leading provider of school-based staffing solutions, is seeking a dedicated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join an elementary school team in
Enfield, New Hampshire
for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time, fully onsite position providing direct therapy and support services to students.
Position Details: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Elementary school setting
Caseload expected to be approximately
40-50 students
(final details pending)
Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and related service providers
Onsite services only Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and documentation
Provide both individual and group therapy sessions Requirements:
Valid New Hampshire SLP License
ASHA CCCs
preferred; CFY considered with strong supervision
Prior school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
