If you join us, you will be expected to embody its principles daily. What You Will Do Research data acquisition strategies for scientific lab instrumentation. Research and develop file parsers for instrument output files (.xlsx, .pdf, .txt, .raw, .fid, and other vendor-specific formats). Design and build data models, data pipelines, unit tests, integration tests, and reusable utility functions. Analyze instrument data across the same instrument type or scientific workflow to develop common data model components. Create visualizations, reports, and dashboards using tools like Streamlit, Tableau, Jupyter Notebook, etc. Ensure solutions meet customer requirements and deliver value through testing and validation. What You Have Done Over 3 years of experience in Python and SQL. PhD in biology, chemistry, or related fields. Extensive wet lab experience, preferably with HPLC and Mass Spectrometry, and familiarity with one or more of the following instruments: Waters LCs with Empower and MassLynx software Thermo Fisher LCs with Chromeleon and Xcalibur software Cytiva LCs with Unicorn software Shimadzu LCs with LabSolution software Sciex LCs with Sciex software Agilent LCs with OpenLab and ChemStation software Experience with data visualization tools such as Streamlit, Tableau, or Jupyter Notebook is a plus. Passionate about data challenges and innovative use of AI and LLMs. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive project management abilities. Ability to understand complex technical products and communicate effectively with product management and engineering teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Curious mindset with a continuous learning drive. Creative thinking to mitigate project risks without compromising quality. Team-oriented with a hands-on attitude to contribute to team success.
