Associate Attorney
for its Nashville office. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile class actions and individual cases focused on financial fraud, including securities, ERISA, consumer protection, and data breach litigation. The firm also handles complex matters in gender discrimination, Title IX sexual assault, whistleblower claims, and wage and hour disputes. With a track record of landmark victories and cases against top corporations, universities, and law firms nationwide, the firm provides a dynamic environment for attorneys passionate about impactful public interest litigation. Key Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in complex commercial and/or class action litigation Tennessee Bar membership or imminent admission Preferred background in securities, investments, fiduciary duty, consumer law, and civil rights litigation Strong legal research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy skills Role Highlights: Direct client interaction and claim development Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documents Handling depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Supervising legal assistants Significant responsibility aligned with experience Lock-step salary scale: $130,000 - $180,000 depending on experience Health insurance contribution and discretionary bonuses Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office weekly Apply today!
