Job Description: We seek a skilled AI Engineer with experience training and developing small language models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding frameworks and languages and expertise in creating AI models tailored to improve code deployment for our end users. Responsibilities:
Develop and train small language models focused on various programming languages and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into our platform.
Enhance the performance and accuracy of language models to optimize code deployment.
Research and implement new AI methodologies to improve our services.
Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune models to meet our quality standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in training language models, particularly small language models. Proficiency in coding frameworks such as Springboot, Ruby on Rails, Laravel, Django, and .NET. Strong knowledge of programming languages including Java, PHP, Ruby, and Python. Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, React Native, Vue, Svelte, Angular, and Flutter. Ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience deploying AI models in production environments. Familiarity with cloud services and AI tools. What We Offer:
