12 Months Job Description: We are seeking a
Senior Electrical Engineer
with expertise in
Mixed Signal IC Design
to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the development of electro-mechanical medical devices and a strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mixed signal analog/digital circuits. Lead and support the design, fabrication, and manufacture of complex instrument subassemblies and systems. Conduct feasibility studies and prototype development for medical devices. Perform design analysis, validation, and verification. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and quality engineers. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and quality systems. Technical Skills & Tools: Mixed Signal Circuit Design (Amplifier, Level Shifter, Instrumentation Amplifier) Bandgap Reference and Digital Logic Design Full IC System Design (Noise, Kelvin Wiring, Guard Banding) I/O ESD Cell Design and GDSII Parasitic Extraction, DRC, and LVS Verification PCB CAD/Layout Tools (ORCAD Capture, Mentor Graphics PADS) Simulation Tools (Pspice, Siemens Tanner Tools) Familiarity with X-FAB Processes (XH035 – 350nm, XH018 – 180nm) Use of Calibre and other IC verification tools First Silicon Evaluation and Bench Testing General Laboratory Test Equipment Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams Self-driven with high integrity Effective time management and organizational skills Required Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Experience:
10+ years of progressive experience in electrical or IC design engineering, preferably in the medical device industry. Experience working in FDA-regulated environments is a plus.
