Position: Senior BI Analyst
Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Analyst to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence and data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business growth. As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence systems, as well as providing strategic recommendations to drive efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence systems, including data warehouses, dashboards, and reports Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights Develop and implement data models and data visualizations to support business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions Communicate complex data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and team members Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis Experience as a Business Analyst - gathering requirements and working with business units Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) Experience working with Relational Databases Experience working with large ERP Systems including FP&M (Oracle, JDE, SAP etc) Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proven track record of delivering high-quality, actionable insights to drive business growth
