Senior BAS / DDC Programmer

We are on the lookout for a Senior DDC Engineer/Programmer to join our dynamic team, where you will have the chance to lead complex projects, mentor developing talents, and significantly impact building automation solutions. If you're passionate about pioneering modern engineering solutions and driving impactful improvements, this position offers a rewarding and vibrant career path.
**Key Qualifications:**
Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or similar field; relevant experience may be considered as a substitute. 5-7 years of progressive experience with DDC and HVAC systems, including independent programming. Proficient in BACnet system design, including IP/Ethernet and MS/TP networks. Proven ability to work independently while effectively coordinating tasks on site. Strong interpersonal skills for engaging professionally with customers and partners. Competence in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience with server, workstation, laptop, Microsoft Office, and IP LAN/WAN systems. Ability to program complete DDC systems covering both air-side and water-side operations. Preferred experience with Schneider Continuum/EcoStruxure, Delta ORCAview/enteliWEB, Niagara AX/N4, or Alerton Compass systems. Willingness to travel is advantageous but not essential.
