www.OrionGRPS.com OVERVIEW At Orion, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a focus on Cardiology Systems, to lead the implementations and medical device integrations, including managing third-party vendor coordination for a healthcare enterprise. This opportunity serves as a cross-functional project lead across both radiology and cardiology domains. PROJECT 12-month contract-to-hire; Fully Remote (U.S. – Central Time Zone) SALARY (W2) $120,000 – $140,000 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leading imaging system implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to post-go-live support Coordinating with clinical, technical, and vendor teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met Developing and managing detailed project charter, plans, budgets, RAID logs, and communication strategies Managing project deliverables in ServiceNow (PPM), Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Supporting end-user training coordination and go-live readiness activities Maintaining a close relationship with leadership and stakeholders, providing regular reports, ad hoc reports, and addressing concerns KEY EXPERIENCE 10 years minimum experience managing healthcare IT or imaging system projects (Radiology and Cardiology PACS) Proven track record of overseeing vendor management, PACS system implementation, and post-go-live support in a healthcare environment In-depth understanding of clinical imaging workflows, radiology and Cardiology department operations, and technical system integration Experience with dictation system overlays and EMR applications, including PMO processes Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including radiology, IT, clinical stakeholders, and external vendors on enterprise-level healthcare technology projects Experience leading full project life cycles—from planning and procurement to execution and go-live Bachelor’s degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Orion Groups is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
