Full-time, Permanent Summary We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Salesforce Functional Architect / Business Analyst
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce implementations, business analysis, and Agile methodologies. This individual will play a key role in translating business needs into Salesforce technology solutions, with a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functional flow. The Senior Salesforce Functional Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage system integrations, and ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis and Solution Architecture:
Understand business needs and define solutions that address and simplify the complexities of technology integration, system architecture, and Salesforce implementation. Craft comprehensive Salesforce blueprints, detailing data structures, system integrations, custom features, security measures, and user experience. Requirements Gathering:
Facilitate and document detailed functional, technical, and data requirements. Create and maintain documentation of key project artifacts, processes, system functionality/tools, and user stories using Agile Scrum methodologies. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Clearly communicate needs, align expectations, and guide development teams on delivery priorities. System Integration:
Orchestrate the integration of Salesforce with external systems (ERPs, CRMs, marketing automation platforms, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow and business process continuity. User Training and Adoption:
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure proper usage and adoption of Salesforce solutions. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users. Reporting & Dashboards:
Create reports and dashboards for teams and stakeholders to provide visibility into Salesforce usage and business performance. Salesforce Configuration:
Manage custom configurations and support applications built using the Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework. Required Skills & Experience Experience:
Over 15 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and user story development, with at least 10 years focused on Salesforce Lightning Cloud Platform. Salesforce Expertise:
Extensive experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and third-party application integrations. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Apex Programming, Flows, LWC, SOQL, and data migrations. Project Leadership:
Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and delivering high-impact CRM solutions on time and within budget. Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and translate technical requirements into clear, actionable business solutions. Data Management:
Hands-on experience with data import/export and metadata updates in Salesforce. Reporting Tools:
Solid experience in creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce. Tools:
Familiarity with tools like Figma for illustrating requirements and processes. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certification:
Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification is preferred. Data Analytics Skills:
Familiarity with Excel VLOOKUP and strong data quality management skills in a Salesforce environment. Seniority level
