They are seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of a web framework for data analytics applications, collaborating across teams and mentoring junior developers. Responsibilities: • Develop a fullstack web framework for building data analytics web applications with React-based frontends and Python-based backends. • Build scalable and reusable UI components and responsive interfaces for visualizing high-volume driving data. • Design and implement backend libraries and a service integration SDK to simplify access to cloud-based microservices and data pipelines. • Collaborate with autonomy, simulation, validation, and data engineering teams to define requirements, validate designs, and deliver robust end-to-end solutions. • Support developers using the framework, helping them build new analytics applications quickly and effectively. • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior developers and interns on the team. • Testing & Quality Assurance • Drive performance, reliability, and usability improvements through testing, observability, and iterative development. • Promote best practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure consistency and quality across the codebase. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of professional fullstack web development experience in React-based frontends, Python backends, and data pipelines. • Experience with Python in a web and data context • Experience with the React ecosystem and its core principles, including hooks, context, the component lifecycle, popular React workflows (e.g., Redux, Recoil), and routing (e.g., React Router). • Experience with SQL and data schema design. • At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud) • Exceptional problem-solving and debugging capabilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: • Experience with data ingestion and ETL pipelines. • Experience with NoSQL database systems such as DynamoDB. • Experience with Infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Cloudformation, etc.) • Experience with API design.
