Hyland OnBase Developer
for an ongoing project. The position is based in Madison but can be remote. Responsibilities
Minimum of 4 years' experience in developing document types, keywords, queries, reports, forms, import processes, and Workflow solutions independently. Provide ongoing OnBase technical support, including incident management, change management, and system administration. Strong skills in writing custom queries in Oracle and SQL Server. Experience in performing OnBase system upgrades, debugging, research, and investigation. Knowledge of incident management and escalation procedures. Excellent communication skills and ability to write technical documentation. Skills
4+ years in process and procedure development. 5+ years in problem and incident management. 4+ years in user documentation and training. 4+ years in Hyland OnBase Administration, Scanner Configuration, and Workflow. 4+ years in IBM Content Manager on z/OS and IBM Image Plus. 4+ years in SQL Server, database design, T-SQL, stored procedures. Familiarity with networking, operating systems, mainframes, and security concepts. Knowledge of project management, conflict resolution, and incident escalation. Supporting Electronic Document Management Systems and related IT systems. 3+ years in database management systems like SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, IMS. Creating detailed user documentation for knowledge transfer. Additional Details
