The Sr. IT Functional MDM / PDH Analyst role requires a strong background in Oracle MDM and PLM processes, preferably in Oracle Product Data Hub. This role focuses on leading and recommending industry best practices around PLM and MDM. The ideal candidate will have experience managing business requirements supporting MDM, supporting processes that enhance real-time collaboration such as dashboards and integrations, and collaborating cross-functionally to support data governance around PLM. Knowledge in data cleansing, auditing, manufacturing, and supply chain processes is essential. The role involves developing and enforcing data standards, policies, and procedures to support MDM and PLM initiatives. Design, build, and implement functional and technical solutions that meet business requirements. Lead all phases of system implementation, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, rollout, and support. Provide functional and testing expertise in Supply Chain, Distributions, Manufacturing, or Finance. Assess project impacts of system changes on users and stakeholders. Manage scope, requirements, and design sessions. Identify risks and benefits of designs; analyze costs and ROI. Lead team in configuration and testing, including regression testing. Utilize disciplined development methodologies for continuous improvement. Manage issue, problem, and change functions to ensure system availability and performance. Address root causes of production issues and support application issues. Document requirements, design specs, and test plans for system extensions. Prepare and deliver project status presentations for steering committees. Follow SDLC and SQA standards to ensure quality. Manage project deadlines and budgets. Deliver quality, on-time, on-scope solutions. Maintain professional communication and documentation. Support internal and external partners, and manage support tickets. Travel approximately 25% of the time, typically one week per month. Additionally, the IT Sr. Analyst should demonstrate: Customer-focused solution development. Business analysis experience. High professionalism and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business needs into use cases. Multi-project management skills. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Qualifications include: Minimum 6 years in Oracle MDM / PLM processes and leading projects. Preferred 10+ years in similar roles. Education requirements: Minimum: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred: Master’s degree in related fields. Compensation range: $107,143.99 - $150,001.60 annually. Benefits: For Los Angeles County applicants only.
