As a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Germfree, you will lead high-impact, complex implementation projects across healthcare systems, serving as the subject matter expert for our Smarthood™ product line and cleanroom technologies. You will play a strategic leadership role by mentoring junior project managers, refining implementation processes, and serving as a key stakeholder in cross-functional collaboration.
In addition to overseeing multiple concurrent hospital implementations, you will be responsible for setting project direction, managing risk, and ensuring quality outcomes that meet client and regulatory expectations. Your leadership will directly influence the scalability, customer satisfaction, and long-term success of Germfree's product deployment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Full-Cycle Implementations of Smarthood™ and cleanroom equipment across large, multi-site healthcare systems. Mentor and oversee junior Implementation Project Managers, serving as an escalation point for complex project issues. Develop strategic implementation plans and project roadmaps tailored to unique client environments. Facilitate executive-level stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with scope and business goals. Oversee the installation, configuration, and operationalization of Smarthood™ units and components (hardware and software). Deliver advanced customer training programs and lead the development of long-term support strategies. Drive continuous improvement by refining SOPs, templates, and tools for future project scalability. Act as a liaison between internal teams (engineering, service, product, regulatory) to align project goals with company-wide initiatives. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, certification processes, and customer-specific cleanroom standards. Assist with planning and coordination of Set in Place services for other Germfree equipment lines. Participate in internal leadership meetings, contributing insights to strategic decision-making related to product deployment and support. Required Knowledge and Skills:
Extensive knowledge of laminar flow hoods, biosafety cabinets, and cleanroom technology. Skilled experience in medium to large enterprise Implementations for complex Health Care Systems. Proficient in installing and configuring complex hardware systems, a plus. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. Ability to manage multiple projects/implementations simultaneously. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead training sessions and engage effectively with healthcare professionals. Prior experience in clinical or pharmacy practice Knowledge of healthcare regulations and certification processes for cleanroom equipment. Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive). Flexibility to travel as needed for implementations, including potential overnight or weekend trips regionally, nationally, and internationally. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred. Certification or licensure as a Pharmacy Technician preferred. Cleanroom and sterile compounding training is highly desirable. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Sterile Pharmacy Technician Certification is highly desirable. Training in cleanroom environments or equivalent credentials is strongly preferred. Understanding of IV compounding processes and software integration is advantageous. Project management skills with the ability to effectively manage tight deadlines and ensure successful project delivery.
