9+ Months Required Skills & Experience

8-12 years of experience in Java Application Development or systems analysis role Hands-on experience in Java 17+, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Design patterns, Microservices, Angular 15+, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. 3+ years of experience in financial services preferred, with experience building technology solutions on enterprise scale. 7+ years of experience in large-scale application development as a Full Stack developer with experience using modern technology (e.g., Java, J2EE, Angular JS, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, OpenShift), Back-end: Spring, Spring Boot, Java 11+, Hibernate, Design patterns: Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, etc. Good working knowledge of source code control tools and technologies. Strong fundamentals of OOPS (Object-Oriented Programming Standards) Concepts, Data Structures, and Algorithms. Fundamental understanding of and experience with cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes. Experience with Swagger/Open API specification to define, document, implement, and test APIs. Understanding of Standard, Enterprise Design Patterns, and SOLID principles. Strong knowledge of testing frameworks like JUNIT, Cucumber, Jasmine/Mocha. Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Experience in developing scalable high-performance systems for complex analytics generation utilizing big data, AI, and machine learning techniques. Experience with High-Speed Messaging platforms such as KAFKA, CI/CD technologies, and tools. Knowledge of React, Appian, BPMN (RHPAM, IBM BAMO), DevOps principles, and Docker Compose. What You Will Be Doing

Hands-on application systems analysis and programming activities, establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs. Use hands-on programming skills in Java 17, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 14+, JavaScript, PL/SQL (Oracle 19c) to build applications. Work in Agile projects using good knowledge in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Partner with management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify system enhancements for new products and process improvements. Resolve high-impact problems/projects through evaluation of complex business and system processes. Provide expertise in application programming and ensure design adheres to architecture blueprints. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Develop comprehensive understanding of how business areas such as architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve goals. Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions. Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
