The Senior Manager of Learning & Development leads a global learning strategy that enhances employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role manages a team of three L&D professionals and oversees the full lifecycle of learning programs, from needs assessment to evaluation. The position partners with business leaders and HR to deliver impactful, data-driven learning solutions and manages a $2M budget and vendor relationships. It plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation across the organization. Primary Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three L&D professionals, including workload management and performance coaching. Design and implement a global learning strategy aligned with business goals and employee development needs. Consult with business leaders and HR to assess learning needs and deliver targeted, high-impact solutions. Oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs using both in-person and virtual formats. Manage a $2M annual budget and all vendor relationships, including RFPs, contracts, and service level agreements. Evaluate and optimize learning technologies, including LMS platforms, to enhance efficiency and innovation. Develop and manage an L&D service model to ensure effective resource allocation and program delivery. Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices to maintain a competitive L&D function. Facilitate training sessions and partner with SMEs and instructional designers to create engaging content. Measure program effectiveness through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or a related HR role. 4+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, HR, or a related field. Proven experience in global L&D strategy design and implementation. Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Experience managing LMS platforms and vendor relationships. Excellent communication and facilitation skills across diverse, global teams. Preferred Requirements Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Adult Learning, or a related field. Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD). Experience in manufacturing, R&D, or technical environments. Background in matrixed or global organizations. Familiarity with ROI analysis and data-driven decision-making in L&D. #LI-MM1 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $133,000 - $175,000. In addition to your salary, H.B.
