$85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Role Overview: The Female Quotient is seeking a Senior Manager of Event Content and Strategy to join our growing team. This individual will be a key player in shaping the conversations and content that come to life at our in-person events, FQ Lounges, and our expanding digital programming initiatives while helping us expand our offerings. You'll work closely with The FQ's partners to develop and execute compelling content strategies that align with FQ's mission and partners' objectives to create authentic branded experiences that resonate with our audiences. This high-visibility role is perfect for a creative, strategic thinker who enjoys client relationship management, is a strong writer, and a skilled event programmer. We're looking for a natural connector and storyteller with a deep knowledge of the marketing/advertising landscape who thrives in both the conceptual and production phases of event content creation. Key Responsibilities: Partner & Client Management Serve as a primary point of contact for our event partners, building and maintaining strong relationships Guide event partners through the content development process, ensuring their vision is realized while maintaining the integrity and voice of The Female Quotient brand Collaborate with partners to identify key messaging priorities and translate them into engaging panel discussions and content experiences Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative partner content and programming for FQ Lounges, digital programming, and other bespoke events that align with The FQ's mission and deliver on partner objectives Develop comprehensive panel briefs by crafting thoughtful, strategic questions that ensure panels deliver impactful content experiences and drive meaningful conversations Industry Expertise Stay at the forefront of trends and conversations within the marketing, advertising, and media industries Monitor branded content best practices and emerging formats to enhance our offerings Leverage industry knowledge to inform content strategy and ensure FQ events are timely, relevant, and thought-provoking Identify emerging topics and conversation themes that resonate with our audience and align with partner interests Speaker & Talent Management Identify, vet, and secure influential leaders, subject matter experts, and diverse voices to participate in our offerings Work closely with speakers to refine panel questions and ensure conversations align with strategic objectives Build and maintain relationships with key industry voices and thought leaders Cross-Functional Collaboration Work seamlessly with the FQ sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive and successful pre and post event execution Serve as a central hub for all content-related aspects of our events and related branded content partnerships Collaborate with programming team to ensure seamless integration of partner content with overall event strategy Project Management Manage multiple event content workstreams and branded content projects simultaneously Oversee both strategic development and production execution while ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met Coordinate content development timelines with partner needs and internal team capacity Qualifications: 5–7+ years of experience in content strategy, event programming, editorial, branded content, or integrated marketing—preferably within the advertising, media, or business sectors. Strong writer with a portfolio of polished, professional, and high-impact communications, including branded content experiences. Demonstrated experience in developing panel discussions, interview questions, or editorial content that drives engaging conversations. Skilled programmer with experience in content programming and event curation. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and collaborating with executive stakeholders. Excellent client management capabilities with demonstrated success in managing partner relationships and collaborating with executive stakeholders. Understanding of branded content best practices and the ability to create authentic partnerships that deliver value for all stakeholders. Passion for advancing women in business and creating purpose-driven content experiences. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present ideas clearly and concisely.
