Drive business development and candidate searches working closely with medium to large company prospects. Manage project flow, timeline and execution. Identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and assess clients' recruiting requirements. Manage existing accounts. Increase sales and market share through leading a team and holding others accountable for results and active lead generation. Participate in professional associations to generate new accounts. Call prospective clients, establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and initiate client relationships. Prepare marketing materials, effective proposals, and fee agreements for customers. Identify MSA opportunities and build strong relationships with clients. Develop strategies for growth of client relationships and team career development. Work in a team environment, providing feedback to other Senior Recruiters and Recruiters. As a skilled Technical Recruiter, develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates using various tools, evaluate candidates against client requirements, negotiate employment terms, and maintain industry relationships. A desire to learn and teach in a fast-paced environment, using good judgment and discretion. Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 12+ years of recruiting or consulting experience with a proven track record. Authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Salary range in Colorado: $65,000 - $108,500. The role is full-time, with a close date of 07/21/2025. The position is not expired.
