Senior Salesforce Practice Architect ICF's Digital Modernization & Experience Group is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology business unit, seeking a Senior Salesforce Practice Architect. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Practice Architect to support our public sector projects federal and state. As a Senior Salesforce Practice Architect, you serve as a technical leader in the organization. You will shape the solutions we deliver, co-create our go-to-market strategy, drive innovation in Salesforce solutions, and ensure the growth of our people and our business. This role combines an exceptional depth of technical expertise with visionary leadership, influencing the development of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions, fostering knowledge-sharing, and engaging in thought leadership within the Salesforce community. Your responsibilities include: Growth: Contribute to the growth of the business. Lead the development of client roadmaps to identify and foster new opportunities for ICF services and Salesforce license sales. Present proposed solutions to potential clients, explaining the technical details in a clear and understandable manner. This may involve interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with the proposal teams and create compelling proposals and oral presentations that outline the technical aspects of the solution, including implementation plans, timelines, and cost estimates, and ensure that the proposed solutions address all the specific requirements outlined in the solicitation documents. Innovation: Serve as the unequivocal expert in our Practice's strategic initiatives. Lead the design and development of innovative Salesforce solutions that align with ICF's go-to-market strategy: Build the Practice brand throughout the Salesforce ecosystem, setting our organization as the thought leader within the space. Talent Management: Stay abreast of and be a leader in the latest advancements in Salesforce and integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends. Foster growth of our Salesforce talent pool by targeting career pathways for teammates that align with business objectives; identify, mentor, and coach individuals ready for greater responsibilities; and tailor growth plans for those in need. Lead the mentorship program for all technical practitioners and the corps of Salesforce architects in growth and thought leadership. Delivery Excellence: Design the implementation framework and plans to ensure repeatable, quality delivery, and support marketing and sales go-to-market strategies. Identify new methodologies, technologies, and best practices to institute within the Practice's delivery methodology. Ensure practice-wide understanding and adherence to these new concepts, procedures, and best practices. 10% - potential travel to client locations Required Experiences and Certifications: 12+ years of experience implementing or architecting Salesforce and similar SaaS solutions. MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract, and laws do apply Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or a Permanent Resident. Able to obtain and maintain Federal Public Trust and/or Security Clearance Certified in one or more mainline certifications, with preference for the following: Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant Salesforce Certified Public Sector Solutions Accreditation Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Certified System Architect Salesforce Certified Data Architect Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect Salesforce Certified Integration Architect Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) The ideal candidate will also have: Certified Application Architect OR a Certified System Architect is highly preferred Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and MuleSoft Experience with OmniStudio and Salesforce Public Sector Solution (PSS) Prebuilt Applications Experience writing Salesforce delivery proposals, conducting oral presentations, delivering Salesforce solutions demonstrations, and engaging with prospect and client leadership. Vast experience across numerous parts of the Salesforce platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies Excellence in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations Excellent understanding of system architecture and design principles. Excellent technical leadership skills and a hunger to take on additional responsibilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly. Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Exceptional understanding of Salesforce best practices and industry trends Excellent Conflict resolution skills to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate delivery. Pay Range: $143,663.00 - $244,227.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
