What We're Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Senior Medical Economics Data Analyst to join our Finance team. The Senior Medical Economics Data Analyst will perform analysis on rate trends, develop insights to key financial drivers, and communicate findings with various stakeholders. On a typical day, you might: Develop and implement payer analytics and economic strategies around provider rates. Analyze behavioral health, physical health, and pharmacy data and rates using a variety of data sources and programs, including but not limited to Excel, SQL, Access, etc. Utilize industry trends and Medicaid fee schedules and data concepts to drive decision making. Prepare presentations and other collateral materials to support rate initiatives. Participate in rates process improvement projects. Provide technical training and support to team members. Education/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in healthcare analytics or medical economics; OR Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in healthcare analytics or medical economics; OR Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in healthcare analytics or medical economics; OR Equivalent combination of education/experience. Preferred Qualifications:
Two (2) years or more experience in Managed Care industry. License/Certification:
Must have a valid driver's license Location:
