Job Title:
Outreach and Engagement Program Manager
This position is contingent upon funding. If authorized, it will start in early 2026.
The Outreach and Engagement Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of all outreach and engagement personnel and manage all related project requirements. Responsibilities include strategic integrated communications, stakeholder affairs, content and creative services, digital strategies, media relations, public affairs, and engagement with military communities and the public.
The PM will advise the client (government) on O&E schedules, personnel, performance, and ideation, and will prepare responses to client inquiries regarding O&E issues, concerns, or problems.
Qualification Requirements
A bachelor’s degree related to O&E, public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field.
At least eight years of experience managing government or corporate communications, including stakeholder management and relationship building.
Minimum of five years in O&E management, including brand and content development, public relations, strategic planning, and social media operations.
Possession of a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 investigation.
Desirable Qualifications
At least five years of experience with web CMS, UI/UX testing, curation, and ad campaign management.
At least five years developing targeted campaigns for audiences of 1 million or more.
Current PMI PMP certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management.
