JOB DUTIES:** Lead and manage complex enterprise software implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Project Management and Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans using industry-standard methodologies such as PMI PMBOK and Agile frameworks. Lead system migration initiatives including legacy modernization projects. Oversee implementation of enterprise software solutions including commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software. Direct cloud migration and deployment activities using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint for project tracking and documentation. Technical Oversight and Quality Assurance: Guide development teams using agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe. Oversee system integration and data migration processes. Direct quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. Ensure data security and compliance throughout project lifecycle. Monitor system performance and implementation metrics. Plan and execute Program Increment (PI) planning sessions and sprint activities. Documentation and Process Management: Develop and maintain project artifacts such as project charters, risk registers, and status reports. Track project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage change requests and scope modifications. Document system requirements and integration specifications. Wage Rate:** $113,797.00 per year. Pay Frequency:** Annual Salary. Benefits:** As per company policy. Education:** Bachelor's degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience:** 60 months of experience as a Project Manager. Special Requirements Required experience and qualifications: Professional project management certification (such as PMP) or equivalent. Agile methodology certification (such as CSM) or equivalent. Experience managing enterprise software implementation projects. Experience leading technical teams using agile methodologies. Experience with system integration and cloud migration projects. Experience with project management and collaboration tools. Experience with software quality assurance and risk management.
