Location West Des Moines (pretty much remote work, 1-2 days a month) Need Local candidates The new team member would spend their first 30–60 days in the local office for onboarding. Need Only Citizen or Permanent Residents. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while engaging directly with internal stakeholders to understand and support business processes. Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone who brings curiosity, adaptability, and a strong drive to learn and contribute across teams. --- Key Responsibilities · Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze system requirements · Design, develop, test, and deploy applications and services in a Microsoft environment · Provide technical support and enhancements to existing systems · Build and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, RabbitMQ, and Azure Service Bus · Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps · Monitor and troubleshoot systems using tools such as Application Insights · Participate in unit testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables · Stay current with emerging tools and technologies including AI-assisted development platforms --- Ideal Candidate Profile We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn new technologies. --- Preferred Technical Skills · Programming: C#, .NET 4.8 and above · Integration & Messaging: RabbitMQ, REST API architecture, OAuth/Okta · AI Tooling: Familiarity with AI/CoPilot development tools Seniority level
