Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Cambium Role: Senior Project Manager - Luxury Commercial & Hospitality Development Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year + bonus + medical insurance + 401k An extremely reputable high-end real-estate & hospitality developer and I are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager, for the development of a world-class ultra-luxury community development near Wappinger, NY. You will oversee multiple luxury hospitality amenity elements of the development, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations while managing employees, enforcing policies, and handling hiring, training, performance evaluations, and issue resolution from project inception to completion. You will have outstanding Leadership and People skills. Prerequisites for position Min 7 relevant construction experience with, ideally in luxury hospitality or commercial.
