With strong commercial traction and serious backing, we’re assembling a founding team to embed AI across every layer of the patient journey, from risk prediction to workflow automation. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a newly formed AI team focused on applying large language models (LLMs), intelligent agents, and real-time voice tools to clinical workflows. What You’ll Do Build AI-powered tools that generate clinical summaries, surface patient risk, and streamline care coordination. Work with technologies like RAG, embeddings, conversational AI, and agent frameworks to solve real-world healthcare problems. Collaborate across product, ops, and clinical teams to move quickly from prototype to production. Own systems end-to-end, from design and implementation to measurement and iteration.
