Join BKV Corporation's Environmental Team - Make Your Impact in the Barnett Shale Are you an environmental professional ready to take ownership of compliance and regulatory relationships for established upstream operations? We're seeking an Environmental Specialist to be our go-to expert for Texas oil & gas environmental compliance. What You'll Do: Lead environmental compliance for Barnett Shale operations Interface directly with TCEQ, RRC, and federal agencies during inspections Manage soil/water remediation projects and spill response Conduct air quality compliance and permitting (including Quad O reporting) Oversee SPCC planning, waste management, and stormwater compliance Train operations teams on environmental requirements Handle legacy environmental liabilities and cleanup projects What We're Looking For:

3-5 years upstream oil & gas environmental experience (operator or consulting)

Knowledge of Texas Railroad Commission & TCEQ regulations

Air quality compliance and permitting expertise +

4-year degree required

(preferably Environmental Science, Engineering, or related science field)

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

Comfortable with

local travel
