Summary
The Senior System Analyst - SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (O2C) drives digital transformation within our growing organization. This role will focus on delivering scalable and innovative solutions across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, with specific expertise in integrating with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), EDI platforms for retail customers, and digital payment providers such as Stripe, Adyen, or PayPal.
This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of O2C processes in SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud, ensuring seamless customer order experiences, efficient supply chain execution, and compliant financial outcomes.

SAP O2C Functional Design & Delivery Act as the functional lead for end-to-end Order to Cash processes in SAP S/4HANA. Configure and support SD modules, including order management, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and billing. Lead the implementation of ATP (Available-to-Promise), Credit Management, Billing Plans, and Returns processing. Commerce Platform Integration (Salesforce & SAP Commerce Cloud)
Design and manage real-time integrations between SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/DTC). Support order capture, availability checks, promotions, and order fulfillment across digital channels. Integrate with SAP Commerce Cloud for B2B self-service portals, pricing, and contract-based ordering. EDI Integration with Retail Customers
Partner with business and EDI teams to define and manage customer-specific EDI transactions:
Order (850), Acknowledgment (855), ASN (856), Invoice (810), Remittance (820)
Troubleshoot and enhance interfaces through middleware platforms (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, TrueCommerce, or OpenText). Digital Payment Provider Integration
Integrate digital payment services into S/4HANA, using SAP Digital Payments Add-On or custom APIs. Ensure real-time authorization, capture, and reconciliation of customer payments across web and mobile orders. Collaborate with Finance and Security teams to ensure PCI-DSS compliance and fraud protection. Operational Support & Process Optimization
Provide Level 3 support for SAP SD and integrated solutions across business units. Identify automation opportunities across the O2C value chain using workflow, output management, and background jobs. Work closely with supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to streamline order processing and fulfillment. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain documentation of functional specs, configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials. Support internal audits and SOX compliance by ensuring process control design and adherence. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 5 - 8 years of experience in SAP SD with deep knowledge of Order to Cash lifecycle. 2+ full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA (preferably Public or Private Cloud). Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud or SAP Commerce Cloud with SAP. Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and integration platforms (e.g., TrueCommerce, SAP CPI, Seeburger). Hands-on experience with digital payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Adyen) and related SAP payment configuration. Familiar with output management, BRF+, billing document customization, and interface troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SAP Billing & Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) or SAP Subscription Billing. Experience in global CPG operations, including trade promotions, channel management, and retail replenishment. Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, REST/OData APIs, and BTP extensions. Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud constraints and extensibility options. Agile or Scrum project experience/certification
