Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with 14+ years of experience and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should have expertise in the **.NET web application lifecycle, middleware, C#, Web API development, security, and modern JavaScript frameworks** like React and Angular.
Key Requirements • **.NET & C# Expertise:** Strong understanding of C# and .NET web application lifecycle. • **Web API Development & Security:** Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and securing Web APIs. • **Frontend Technologies:** Experience with **Blazor**, JavaScript (React, Angular, Mud Blazor), HTML5, and CSS3. • **Database & ORM:** Strong knowledge of relational database design, T-SQL, and ORM tools like **Dapper**. • **Development Best Practices:** Unit & integration testing, software architecture patterns, tiered architecture. • **Agile & DevOps:** Familiarity with **Azure DevOps**, Git/TFS, and Agile development processes. • **Logging & Monitoring:** Experience with **Serilog** or similar logging libraries. • **Soft Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with business analysts and technical teams.
Additional Information:** - **Candidates must reside in Richmond, VA.** - **All interviews will be conducted in person.** - **Long-term position; onsite requirement: 3 days per week.**
