Job Title: Interim Workday Technical Lead Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workday Technical Lead to join our team on an interim-to-hire basis. This role is critical to the ongoing success of our Workday implementation, which is a key regulatory initiative. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in stabilizing Workday Adaptive, addressing security concerns, and completing necessary integrations and configurations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the stabilization and optimization of Workday Adaptive. Address and resolve security concerns within the Workday environment. Complete integrations and configurations as required. Support the transition from external partners (Accenture, IBM, etc.) to in-house key roles. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Workday team. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Workday Technical Lead in an enterprise environment with 10,000+ employees. Demonstrated experience with the implementation and ownership of Workday Adaptive. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive-level communication. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with regulatory initiatives and remediation activities. Background in supporting divestitures and creating independent Workday environments. Familiarity with transitioning from external partners to in-house teams.
