Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Seats guests and takes accurate food orders
• Monitors food distribution, ensuring proper delivery, presentation, and appealing buffet setup
• Checks station before, during, and after shifts for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Adheres to all liquor regulations regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests
• Familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures
• Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payments
• Assists with bussing tables
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent; post-high school education preferred
• At least one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant serving role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Team player
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability to exceed guest and team member expectations
• Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers and calculators
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Flexible hours and shifts
