Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Server and Storage Analyst to join our IT Infrastructure team. This individual will manage and support our on-premises and hosted server, storage, VMware, and Active Directory environments. This is a technical, hands-on role critical to maintaining enterprise system performance, availability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and support:
2. Active Directory
3. Windows Server infrastructure
4. Enterprise storage systems
5. VMware environments
6. Work with the hosting provider to manage the server environment effectively.
7. Establish and enforce account management policies, including user accounts, groups, and distribution lists.
8. Maintain access controls to ensure data and system security.
9. Manage software licenses and hardware purchases related to server and storage technologies.
10. Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and patch management activities.
11. Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and recovery operations are effective and current.
12. Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for system scoping and upgrades.
13. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Systems/Infrastructure roles.
3. Expertise in:
4. Windows Server OS
5. Office 365 administration
6. Active Directory
7. Storage Management
8. Virtualization (VMware)
9. Data security and disaster recovery

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

1. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, CompTIA Server+).
2. Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration from an infrastructure perspective.
3. Vendor management knowledge.
4. Experience working across application, infrastructure, and business teams.
