As a Solutions Architect, you play a critical role in shaping and delivering best-in-class, customer-centric solutions in Radiology Informatics that align with strategic business goals. Working under limited supervision, you'll collaborate closely with Sales and R&D, as well as external stakeholders to analyze customer needs, architect scalable service solutions, and drive innovation through thought leadership and technical excellence. This role combines deep technical acumen, solution-oriented thinking, and strong communication to support successful customer outcomes and sustainable growth. Your role includes: Act as a Trusted Customer Advocate: Serve as a strategic advisor and virtual team member to customer organizations, prioritizing their best interests and building lasting partnerships based on credibility and trust. Design and Deliver Scalable Solutions: Analyze business and clinical requirements to architect value-driven PACS solutionsboth on-prem and cloudwhile ensuring architectural integrity and long-term customer satisfaction. Lead Cross-Functional Implementation: Collaborate with R&D, Delivery Services, and Training teams to execute secure, efficient, and scalable solution designs, from planning and resource estimation to hands-on implementation. Drive Innovation and Product Excellence: Identify technical challenges and opportunities, champion improvements to cloud products, and contribute reusable assets, reference architectures, and enablement materials that enhance organizational impact. Promote Best Practices and Knowledge Sharing: Curate and disseminate architectural best practices across internal and external technical communities, leading customer enablement sessions and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You're the right fit if you have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Science, Clinical Practice, Healthcare IT, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in areas such as Radiology PACS, Healthcare Technology, Clinical Systems, or Solution Architecture. VUE PACS experience preferred. Proven experience in designing, documenting, and deploying enterprise-level service solutions in complex healthcare environments. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change. Knowledge of industry architecture principles, best practices, and regulatory standards. Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric design.
