Experience :
7-10 years in ServiceNow implementation, business analysis, and business process consulting
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with 7-10 years of experience to join our team in Atlanta, USA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow applications and business process consulting, capable of designing and customizing both Out-of-the-Box (OOB) and custom applications.
The role also involves working with business stakeholders to analyze and improve business processes and translating those needs into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into ServiceNow technical solutions. • Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs, and map those requirements to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Design, configure, and implement both OOB ServiceNow applications and custom applications based on business requirements. • Perform system configuration for various ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and others as needed. • Customize and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, and user interfaces. • Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics. • Act as a Business Process Consultant, working with clients to optimize and automate their business processes using ServiceNow. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points in current processes, propose improvements, and ensure those improvements are implemented through ServiceNow. • Support ServiceNow integration with other enterprise systems and tools. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and processes. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users on ServiceNow best practices. • Provide ongoing support and administration for ServiceNow applications post-deployment. • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to design solutions and ensure seamless implementation. • Keep up to date with new ServiceNow features and releases, and evaluate their applicability to the business.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Experience:
7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow, including both
OOB and custom application development.
• Business Process Consulting:
Experience in business process consulting, helping organizations improve and automate their workflows and processes using ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certification:
ITIL, Certified System Administrator, or other relevant ServiceNow certifications. •
ServiceNow Modules:
Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, and CSM.
• Customization and Scripting : Ability to customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Application Development : Experience developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, including creating forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Process Improvement:
Strong ability to analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions using ServiceNow.
• Integration Skills:
Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and web services. •
Reporting and Analytics : Proficient in designing and building ServiceNow reports and dashboards for data insights.
• Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •
Problem Solving:
Ability to identify problems, analyze issues, and provide solutions to meet business objectives.
Education: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or equivalent experience will be considered.
