This position focuses on one or more ServiceNow solutions, including: IT Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, SecoOps, Hardware Asset, Software Asset, etc.) Customer Workflows (CSM, Employee Center, etc.) HR Workflows (HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Security & Risk App Development The ideal candidate will demonstrate their in-depth technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform by working hand-in-hand with our customers to ensure that the solution implemented meets best in class technical and practical standards. Key Responsibilities : Leading the design, development and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions Provide solution guidance and facilitate discovery, design, and implementation sessions. Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues, ensuring optimal performance. Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and configuration guides. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect ServiceNow Certifications in area of specialties ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ITIL 4 Foundations Proficiency in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript). Experience with REST/SOAP, Glide API integrations and Flow Designer within ServiceNow. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with CMDB configuration and data management. Knowledge of ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization practices. External Client consulting experience highly preferred Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred Experience leading and directing multiple projects simultaneously.
