(Amelex) Responsibilities: Serve as Senior SharePoint Developer to implement SharePoint and Information Management solutions. Responsible for Agile SharePoint development lifecycle. Interface with the customer, review departmental objectives, assess functional needs, propose and defend solutions, and translate acceptable solutions into technical requirements. Establish technical vision for the development team; document and implement business rules and best practices; mentor team members. Analyze tradeoffs between usability, performance, and constraints. Facilitate meetings to demonstrate progress and identify next steps. Document, design, manage, and assist with development of solutions including web content, portals, workflows, custom lists, sites, document libraries, web parts, and data connections. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field. At least 10 years of experience in business application analysis and design. At least 5 years of experience with SharePoint and/or Power Platform solutions. Experience in developing PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and full SDLC. Ability to work independently and in teams, interface with customers, and establish relational data for Power Platform solutions. Microsoft certified Power Platform developer is a plus. Additional Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Security Clearance; active Secret clearance preferred. Wage range: $100K - $130K, depending on experience.
