Senior Project Manager Location – On-Site in Corinth, N.Y.- Conklingville Dam
Requirements/Job Duties:
Act as EIC for the projects, perform inspections, document inspections, run biweekly and pre-evolution meetings. Act as a liaison between design, construction, the client and regulating authorities. Keep accurate project record documents and ensure that the contractors remain on schedule and within budget. Follow all procedures to ensure the contract is completed in accordance with the contract, laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering strongly desired. Must have experience in dam construction and inspection. OSHA 30. Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend plans, specifications, addenda, bid materials, contracts and related construction documents. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Proficiency in PC applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam. Demonstrated ability to lead and/or participate in team endeavors. Demonstrated record of taking initiative. Demonstrated management skills. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills. Extensive experience in managing construction projects. Pay Rate:
$50.00 - $70.00 /Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.
