Position: Site Admin
Location: Construction Site Office – Currently at Tampines Industrial Ave 1 (may relocate to Woodlands in future)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week
Salary: $3,000 – $3,200/month
Job Description
We are hiring Site Admin Officers to support the daily operations at our construction site office. Candidates with prior experience in construction-related administrative work are preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and documentation
· Track daily attendance, manpower allocation, and equipment usage
· Prepare and submit reports, permits, and safety-related documents
· Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel
· Maintain records of materials, deliveries, and relevant site documents
· Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets and leave records
· Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, and site documentation requirements
· Order and manage office and safety supplies
· Assist in coordinating safety briefings and meetings
· Attend to calls, visitors, and delivery matters at the site office
· Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
· GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
· Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in construction or site-related environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Able to work independently at a construction site office
· Basic understanding of site documentation (permits, safety records) will be an advantage
