Overview
Schultheis & Panettieri, LLP has a full time opening for a mid-level .Net Programmer/Developer. We are currently recruiting an energetic, detailed-oriented, and motivated Software Developer with in-depth knowledge of C# .NET. This person will be developing desktop and web-based software products that will encompass heavy front-end and back-end development. We are looking for someone who is self-directing, loves learning, and enjoys collaborating on tough challenges.
Responsibilities
Responsible for writing the code (or modules) independently for in-house applications.
Carry out the debugging and troubleshooting of all programs.
Develop applications based on functional specifications.
Identify and communicate technical problems/solutions.
Create basic user manuals to be used by the end users.
Provide end user technical support.

Qualifications
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Minimum 3-5 years application development and integration experience using Microsoft technologies (e.g., C#,.Net Core, WinForms, LINQ, SQL Server, T-SQL, Visual Studio).
SAP Crystal Reports experience.
Working knowledge of Telerik Controls for .Net applications.
Experience with source control tools like TFS and Azure DevOps.
Strong business analysis/needs assessment skills; must be comfortable and effective working directly with end users.
Strong customer service skills; able to resolve requests professionally and effectively in a high volume and fast paced environment, while interacting with other IT Department staff, business users, and senior management.
Ability to work well in a team environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle several projects simultaneously.
Education
BS/BA/MS in Computer/Information Systems
