Develop mission-critical software that supports missile defense systems.
Effectively communicate and document technical solutions for integrated engineering teams.
Stay current with
cutting-edge programming techniques
and technologies.
Conduct software design and code reviews to uphold product quality.
Collaborate closely with System Engineering teams to align, schedule, and demonstrate capabilities to customers.
Manage regression coding and handle deployment timelines in coordination with third-party contractors and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Software Development or a related discipline along with
4+ years of relevant experience . (Additional experience, training, or certifications may substitute degree requirements.)
Must be a US Citizen and currently hold an active DoD Secret security clearance.
Proficient in
C++ and Java
programming languages.
Experience in developing
micro-services
and managing containerized environments.
Strong ability to function independently and collaborate within engineering teams.
Familiarity with
Agile software development processes .
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Excellent communication skills with experience in managing multiple projects.
Experience with
FORTRAN .
Background in missile warning and missile defense systems.
Understanding of missile warning message types.

$85,150.00 - $153,925.00 The Leidos pay range is a guideline only and may vary based on experience, education, and additional factors.
