As a software engineer at Booz Allen, youll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver complete end-to-end solutions to your clients. You Have: 3+ years of experience in software development Experience in C / C++ programming languages Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies, including UML and SysML Experience with MBSE tools, such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, or Capella Ability to work on a team Ability to pay strict attention to detail Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelors degree in a computer science, software engineering, or electrical engineering field Nice If You Have: Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded system architectures Experience with formal verification methods and tools Experience with hardware and software design principles Experience with requirements management tools, such as DOORS or Jama Experience in aerospace, defense, or automotive safety-critical domains Knowledge of safety-critical system development principles and standards Possession of excellent problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
