Motion Recruitment . This is an exciting opportunity to join a $6M seed-funded startup developing white-label loan generation solutions for credit unions and small regional banks, which currently operate with legacy software. The company's intuitive interface in a box is used by both bank staff and customers, leading to increased revenue through digital customer acquisition. The team consists of 17 members, including 7 engineers, and they are looking to hire 1-2 additional engineers. They have recently secured office space in Union Square and prefer candidates who can work onsite 2-3 days a week. The role will primarily focus on frontend development initially, with a tech stack including JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js. Required Skills & Experience
CS degree from a top-tier university 3+ years of professional software engineering experience Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js Experience in startup environments, with seed-series B preferred Tech Breakdown
70% Frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript) 30% Backend (Node.js, APIs, AWS) Daily Responsibilities
70% Hands-on full-stack development 20% Collaboration with product, design, and customers for iterative solutions 10% Researching and implementing best practices for performance and scalability The Offer
