The Kayenne Program develops and maintains a secure, hybrid environment that facilitates high priority defense initiatives, in addition to developing and integrating highly-available software applications. We are seeking an experienced Software Tester to join our dynamic development team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced agile environments and has a passion for ensuring software quality through comprehensive testing. In this role, you will complete tasks such as:
- Execute comprehensive testing of complex integrated software systems across multiple platforms and environments
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed regression test plans to ensure system stability across releases
- Collaborate closely with development teams in an agile framework, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Design and implement both manual and automated test cases for new features and existing functionality
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution using bug tracking systems
- Work with test recording tools to create repeatable test scenarios and maintain test documentation
- Perform integration testing to validate system interactions and data flow between components
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience testing complex integrated software systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with poly
Desired Skills:
- Experience in developing and executing regression test plans and test cases
- Experience with test recording tools (or ability to learn quickly)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA)
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
- Basic understanding of programming languages

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
