Position Details : We seek junior and mid-level associates for our high-tech and life sciences patent litigation practices in our offices in New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. Candidates should have between one to six years of patent litigation experience. Superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills are required. While degrees or experience in high tech or life sciences are preferred, applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged.

Benefits & Compensation : We offer comprehensive benefits including health, life insurance, HSAs, FSAs, and Wellbeing programs. The anticipated salary range is $235,000 - $390,000, depending on experience, education, and location. A discretionary performance bonus may also be available.
