Base pay range
$135,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Akkodis Akkodis is seeking Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) for a client in Chicago, IL. This is a full-time position requiring 100% ONSITE schedule. Must currently be local to Chicago, IL. Pay/Salary Range: based on years of experience: $135,000-$150,000/yr Job Description: The Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) will play a crucial role in the SDLC process for a critical application rebuild and launch. This role is a growth opportunity for the successful candidate to start as an SDET with a desire to grow into a software developer for the organization. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field is strongly preferred 5+ years of progressive experience in software development is required. Java stack preferred 2+ years of experience in automated testing required using Selenium and Java Aptitude and commitment toward producing high quality code and software Technical experience in Java, Cucumber, Selenium, Kafka and microservice architecture is required Extreme Ownership attitude and practice with a get it done mindset and commitment Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills is required Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication is required If you are interested in this Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) for a client in Chicago, IL, then please click APPLY NOW.
