Senior Solutions Architect
Provide advance level support in programming languages, hardware/software integration, development tools and technologies within an application development team. Lead a development team, participating in the design and architecture of solutions within the team while also collaborating with technical architects to ensure solutions fit within Voya Investment Management's established application development standards and conventions. Lead a large-scale Application Development team and operations work items. Perform strategic business transformation and architectural solution design for various projects. Collaborate with architecture team and provides continuous technical direction to System, Feature and Operations teams. Perform architectural solution design using TOGAF methodology. Design, deploy, review, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models; including transactional, business intelligence, and data warehousing (star/snowflake schema) models for investments and ESG data. Create, organize, and oversee unification of ESG data from multiple external data providers and integration of ESG data with various internal and external LOB systems/workflows. Telecommuting permitted. Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related quantitative field, and five (5) years of experience as a Solution Architect, Software Engineer, or a related position. Experience must include: Application integration, database architecture, middleware and UX; Relational database design, implementation, SQL query skills, Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL 2019/2016/2012), and Data warehouse; Microsoft Development tools, including TFS, C#.NET, MVC/.Net Core; and Web development tools including MVC.
