Soni's client is seeking a Senior NetSuite Admin to join their team!
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner of NetSuite ERP and CRM platforms, managing customizations, workflows, scripting, dashboards, and system integrations
  
• Continuously optimize system usability and performance across subsidiaries; proactively address friction points and inefficiencies
  
• Lead serialization initiatives related to TrueView MDM, overseeing the management of thousands of active customer assets
  
• Mentor and support junior NetSuite administrators; contribute to the development of documentation, testing protocols, and change management standards
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, Analytics, E-commerce) to design scalable NetSuite solutions that meet evolving business needs
  
• Support critical e-commerce workflows, including order processing and RMA management, integrated with NetSuite and third-party systems
  
• Oversee integration with warehouse systems like Koerber WMS to enhance inventory tracking and fulfillment accuracy
  
• Develop and maintain advanced configurations using SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and RESTlet APIs
  
• Play a key role in strategic ERP unification under the 'One Levata ERP' initiative
  
• Uphold standards for data governance, access control, and audit-readiness across all NetSuite environments

• 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, preferably within a multi-subsidiary environment
  
• Deep expertise with SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Custom Records, Roles/Permissions, and Dashboards
  
• Strong experience supporting a wide range of NetSuite modules, including Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition, Procurement, General Ledger, AP/AR, and Fixed Assets
  
• Proficient in data analytics and reporting using tools such as ODBC, SQL, and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (preferred)
  
• Proven experience supporting e-commerce operations, warehouse management integrations (e.g., Koerber WMS), and serialized asset tracking (e.g., TrueView MDM)
  
• Skilled in integration platforms like Celigo and Boomi, as well as RESTlet development for seamless system interoperability
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to lead training sessions and collaborate across departments
  
• Familiarity with service system integrations such as Epiphany or similar platforms is a plus
  
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

• NetSuite Certified Administrator (current and active)
  
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification
