Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and execute legal entity restructure and separation projects, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and external advisors
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with legal entity restructure and separation projects
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in legal entity restructure and separation projects or related field
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in managing complex legal entity restructure and separation projects
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to entity restructure and separation
