Location: Remote (Anywhere in USA / Canada)
Full-time: Salary + Benefits + Bonuses / Contractor
Work Status: US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits based on system-level requirements and specs Help define circuit architecture and contribute to full-chip integration Run pre- and post-layout simulations to validate performance, reliability, and manufacturability (DFT/DFM) Collaborate with Layout Engineers to ensure optimal physical implementation Create technical documentation and lead design reviews Support silicon bring-up, evaluation, and characterization for designed blocks Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Product, Test, and Applications Engineering Adapt to evolving project priorities as business needs dictate
Qualifications
8+ Years of Industry experience with M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering Deep understanding of CMOS analog design and noise behavior Hands-on experience with analog circuit blocks such as: PLLs (Integer-N/Fractional-N) Temperature sensors Sigma-delta ADCs Analog/digital filters Low-noise and high-speed amplifiers, buffers, drivers Sub-threshold and precision reference circuits Proficiency in MATLAB, Verilog-A, and Cadence design tools Skilled in guiding critical circuit layout processes
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is between $140,000 to $160,000, which also includes a comprehensive benefits package.
