Job Overview
The Sr. Strategic Partnership Manager drives business development with leading technology companies to enable rapid innovation and growth. The team works with executive leaders across the organization to build strategy. Leveraging deep problem-solving and partnership skills, the team delivers insights and supports critical strategic decisions. The Sr. Strategic Partnership Manager is a key team member with significant authority and accountability. They structure and execute partnerships with third-party technology companies and foster innovation and growth across various mobile industry sectors. This role involves building effective internal and external relationships and helping to drive strategy and execution for key components of the product portfolio. The Sr. Strategic Partnership Manager operationally supports partnerships through contract operationalization, managing partner programs and audits, interfacing with procurement, legal, and contract management teams, and coordinating logistics for business reviews, marketing events, and executive briefs.
Job Responsibilities
Provide thought leadership in identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships. Lead the analysis of complex customer, market, and business opportunities. Develop commercial structures and enablement paths to create or evolve strategic relationships. Structure and drive strategic partnerships including development of economic, business, and operational terms. Partner with internal teams to negotiate and execute contracts. Manage senior-level relationships internally and externally with industry players. Develop product portfolio expertise in core growth strategy domains. Lead pursuit of new opportunities, technologies, and business models. Build strong and trusted relationships with designated strategic partners. Work across multiple levels within partner companies, including C-level. Collaborate with team members to deliver against revenue and subscriber acquisition targets. Manage partner programs across joint cross-functional teams. Responsible for additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
Education And Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree required. 7-10 years in business development, partnership, or alliance management in high-tech industries. 4-7 years in program management for complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders. 4-7 years in structuring, negotiating, and facilitating operationalization of complex contracts. 2-4 years in managing external technology partner portfolios.
