What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system performance and connectivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable system architecture
- Implement security best practices to protect systems and data from unauthorized access
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes and troubleshooting guides
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer specializing in site reliability or a similar role
- Experience programming in and administering Oracle RMCS instances
- Proven expertise in accounting principles and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606)
- Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and EBS modules
- Experience with additional Oracle modules such as Fusion Order Management (FOM) and Subscription Management Cloud (SMC)
- Technical confidence with DevOps tools and practices
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within an agile team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
