Sr. Principal R&D Engineer, Released Products Technical Lead
Join an innovative team and lead impactful changes in product development. We're looking for a Sr. Principal R&D Engineer to drive technical excellence, manage design programs, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical expert and product design owner for disposable product families. Manage design history files and lead complex design change programs. Coordinate R&D efforts with global teams for internal updates and external audits. Identify and mitigate risks, enabling teams to overcome challenges. Collaborate with Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Clinical teams to meet stakeholder needs. Oversee schedules, budgets, and lifecycle management activities. Ensure compliance with design control procedures, GMPs, and FDA regulations. Mentor and lead cross-functional project teams, potentially supervising staff. Contribute to intellectual property efforts through invention disclosures and patents. Travel occasionally, up to 15%. Who You Are
